Specialty Folder Gluer with High Speeds and Quick Changeovers
The FG-1500 specialty folder gluer is engineered for unconventional and complex corrugated applications that require more than standard folding and gluing. It processes E, B, C flute and double-wall corrugated board up to 60 inches wide, while supporting specialty add-ons such as plastic clips, windows, RFID components, labels, and reinforcement inserts.
The system combines pick-and-place attachment, straight-line and auto-bottom functions, pre-fold and final-fold sections, independently driven upper carriers, and an extended final fold. These functions allow multiple finishing operations to be coordinated within one controlled production process, helping operators manage demanding display formats with greater consistency, repeatability, and changeover discipline.
