Our big dream was to be a team that cares for the environment while doing what we do best — creating smart packaging solutions. We believe in doing this by using less energy, using materials that are good for the earth, and making sure our products can be reused.
Sustainable Practices
Material Innovation
We use cool materials like bioplastics which come from natural stuff like corn or sugar beets. This not only helps our planet but also saves money for our customers, making it a win-win!
Our Caliper Reduction Initiative is about using less paper without compromising on quality. Less paper means less harm to the environment and lower costs in moving stuff around.
When it comes to shiny packaging, we prefer metallized paper over metallized polyester because it’s easier to recycle and better for the earth.
We’re also big on Polymer-less Packaging, which means using less plastic and exploring creative designs for packaging, like our unique DVD packages without the usual plastic trays.
Waste Reduction
We hate waste, so we recycle scrap paper, aluminum, copper, and brass from our projects. Nothing goes to the landfill! Instead of using throw-away towels for cleaning, we use reusable towels. It’s a small step, but every bit helps.
Supply Chain Optimization
We work smart to make sure there’s less waste from the time we start making something to the time it reaches our customers. It’s all about being efficient and earth-friendly.
Energy-Saving Technologies
Our blue-drive system is like a superhero for saving energy. It makes our machines run efficiently, using less power, and even storing some for later use. This not only helps the planet but also saves money. We’ve been on this energy-saving journey since 1999, always finding new ways to cut down on power use, like using smaller motors and installing solar panels on our building’s roof.
