The FG-800 Reinforced Carton Specialty Finishing System gives manufacturers the flexibility to produce high-value folding cartons, reinforced cartons, and auto-erect cartons in one configurable workflow. It combines carton registration, folding, gluing, component affixing, personalization, and sorting without moving work between separate finishing steps.
Built on a servo-driven platform with fiber-optic controls, the FG-800 supports quick make-readies, hot and cold glue application, rotary pick-and-place feeding, and flexible inline folding modules. This allows producers to run multi-substrate carton designs with speeds up to 10,000 PPH, carton widths up to 30 inches, and ±0.4 mm affixing accuracy.
