Functionality Retrofit
Pack-Smart equipment has been designed to last. Not only do these lines have a maximum amount of workflow flexibility, but the technology components are also modular.
This provides you with an ideal platform to expand with additional technologies and handle new and complex workflows. The universal mounting rails surrounding our equipment will accept Pack-Smart as well as other manufacturer modules.
Technology Upgrade
Every Pack-Smart solution is based on brushless servo-based automation. Because this is still the best technology in the industry, there are many Pack-Smart lines still in operation after more than 20 years of service.
However, new technologies emerge every year. CMYK DoD Inkjet, Smartcard Encoding, Delta-X Tracker, and wireless HMIs are only a few of the options we have recently developed. These technologies can be added to existing Pack-Smart lines—without the need to purchase an entirely new production line—and keep your brand ahead of the curve.
Parts Availability
We fabricate many components for all our technologies. A digital 3D model of every part has been archived since our beginning in 1999, so we can build parts for older Pack-Smart equipment models.
