The winners of the 2017 Ontario Export Awards were announced at a gala event at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, on November 21, 2017
This prestigious event has been attended by more than 200 manufacturing executives and representatives from trade, government and industry.
These awards are given to appreciate the leadership, exporting growth and the creation of local jobs across a various range of sectors of Ontario’s economy.
Pack-Smart Inc. has been awarded the Export Ontario Awards 2017, in the field of Manufacturing & Resources for its significant contributions to production equipment for the packaging sector and expanding its business in global markets.
“It’s a great accomplishment for the team,” said Irene Ostap, Pack-Smart Inc. Vice-President.
Winners and finalists represent a wide range of Ontario’s economy, from Packaging machine manufacturer to solar panel makers and marketing studios. Regardless of their industry, the companies share an ability to overcome fierce competition outside of Canada to grow and expand into complex markets.
