Pack-Smart deployed the series CP 2500 production platform with its unique ability to easily handle unique shaped cards wide at 20,000 per hour.
The Pack-Smart CP 2500 enables the lookup of input data information from its controller, embedded NFC chip or preprinted barcode. System then matches the card data information on file and that encodes corresponding data directly to the magnetic stripe card form.
The card orientation is then changed, 600 DPI UV DOD inkjet repeat the lookup step and prints corresponding high-resolution data of QR, 2D, 1D, BMP, or OCR characters on the front of the card and the labeler applies a pressure sensitive label on demand as required by the record on file.
This ultra-high speed labeling capability improves efficiency by eliminating the need for separate production runs that may or may not require a label. For total card print quality, the production platform features brushless, digital servo driven vacuum transports that are engineered for unparalleled registration and minimal vibration.

The Pack-Smart CP 2500 features our latest innovation and card turnover technology. Its advanced design allows operators to alternate between turnover and non-turnover production in 30 seconds. With 0.4 a millimeter placement accuracy at up to 400 hundred cards per minute, the Pack-Smart labeler is the system of choice for the global leader’s card industry.
Pack-Smart CFM 1 (Check for Me) quality control suite utilizes High Speed Vision Cameras and industry’s fastest rejection module equipped with position feedback maintaining product integrity at one hundred and fifty meters per minute. With the ability to process thirty-five thousand cards per hour.
For retail, mailer, ID card and loyalty products where attaching card carriers is a must Pack-Smart CP 2500 employees SF- 300 Series Carrier feeder integrated with 2-sided PSA label applicator or removable glue systems for reliable adhesion of cards.
