The Pack-Smart rotary scoring/slitting system is designed to deliver a high quality product at all times for our demanding paper finishing customers. Designed with accuracy and functionality in mind the rotary creasing unit is equipped with six hardened shafts and quick change over features, as well as “on-the-fly” depth adjustments.
Our modular design allows for offline configurations or inline with Pack-Smart or third party integration. A servo driven control module ensures 100% accurate synchronization with sheet feeding and alignment modules. The PRS is capable of handling stocks from light 16Ib stock to heavy 24 pt coated paperboards.
